Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Products showing signs of physical damage, misuse, water damage, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-working speaker, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos and videos showing the issue for verification.
Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Clearance, promotional, or special-discount items (unless defective).
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
If a replacement unit is available, it will be dispatched after the returned product passes inspection.
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping Charges
approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
